I grew up under the tutelage of my father Vance Andrus, one of the premier Mass Tort attorneys in the country over the past 30 years. In 2007, I started working for Vance’s law firm, Andrus Wagstaff, as a receptionist during the Avandia Mass Action, which was consolidated in Philadelphia. I worked my way up in his firm from there to a case manager and eventually was promoted to Intake Manager in 2015 during the very beginning of the Roundup litigation. As part of that job, I conducted thousands of intake interviews with potential claimants.

In 2018, I was brought on to manage the Mass Tort Department for Roman Balaban and Associates (Formerly Balaban Law). My title encompasses a large swath of operations including client and staff oversight as well as settlement management. Through proper communication, record gathering procedures, and trust building, we successfully represented our clients to one of the largest national settlement values per client in a Pesticide Mass Tort.

Throughout my many years in the industry I have learned a unique view of how to treat clients, Attorneys, and the Courts. As such, I will continue to diligently work with each and every client to the best of my ability, treating them all as individuals, not just numbers, to ensure success for both the clients, overarching litigation, and our firm.
