James is a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group, where he concentrates his practice on negligence, neglect, and abuse claims with an emphasis on wrongful death, elopements, falls, and bedsores, arising in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, dementia care homes, and group homes.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, James litigated such claims on behalf of injured individuals and their families.
