Jerry is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Supio and a software industry veteran. Along with his co-founder, Kyle, they started their first software business right out of college in 2009. Capitalizing on an emerging mobile gaming industry, they published games on the iOS App Store that resulted in millions of players world-wide. In 2014, they joined a top Seattle start-up, Avalara, and led the development of new tax accounting software that helped take the company IPO.


In 2016, the two joined Microsoft to help solve complex product and engineering challenges for Office 365. At the time, the cloud productivity explosion led to Office products expanding from Windows to the cloud. Jerry and Kyle led development efforts to transition productivity automation from desktop to the cloud that enabled over a hundred million users to automate document workflows with their business data.


Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University, where he honed his technical skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. He is committed to leveraging his expertise to help advance automation technology to create the future of work.

Aaron focuses on delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, client service, and legal outcomes.


Known for his pragmatic leadership and forward-thinking approach, Aaron’s Small Law organization comprises over 250 professionals in Sales, Client Management, Support, and Commercial & Go-To-Market strategy. Aaron is passionate about empowering attorneys through technology and data-driven insights, and he brings a unique perspective shaped by his experience at the intersection of law, business, and innovation.
