Christopher Nicolaysen
Founder & CEO
Springs Law Group

I’ve had the privilege of leading Springs Law Group since I founded the firm in February 2017. As CEO, I’ve focused on growing our practice, which now includes four talented attorneys and a dedicated support team of 14. While my passion lies in the business side of running a law firm, our firm’s primary focus is on plaintiff’s personal injury, particularly motor vehicle accidents.

I’m deeply committed to ensuring that Springs Law Group delivers exceptional legal services while fostering a supportive and thriving work environment. I love diving into business books like Buy Back Your Time, Traction, E-Myth, and Good to Great, and I find great value in participating in law firm masterminds to exchange ideas and strategies.

On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife, Gretchen, for 27 years, and together we have two wonderful daughters, Sidney and Megan. In my free time, I enjoy playing Fortnite, savoring a good bourbon, and cheering on the Washington Nationals and Washington Capitals. I’m also a proud dog owner, having adopted Max, our loyal companion, from the Humane Society
