Matt Thelen is the former Chief Executive Officer at Attorney Share, LLC, a marketplace facilitating referrals for attorneys, overseeing all aspects of corporate operations. Matt also acts as an advisor and board member to public and private corporations across a variety of consumer categories and has more than a decade of experience in legal, finance, and operational leadership roles. His primary focus is helping organizations achieve operational efficiencies and unlock strategic value through corporate financing events.

Previously, he served as Operating Officer and General Counsel at Venus Et Fleur, LLC, a luxury home décor company, and General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer at Winc Inc., an alcohol company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He has also acted as an advisor on multiple public offerings on major domestic and Canadian exchanges. Mr. Thelen received a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration with a Corporate Finance concentration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of San Diego.
