J. Clancey Bounds graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Political Science in 1990 and thereafter obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1993. Mr. Bounds is the founder and principal of Bounds Law Group, which limits its practice to medical negligence litigation throughout the Country. Mr. Bounds is a member of the California, Arizona, Texas, District of Columbia Bar and Florida Bars. He is a member of multiple legal associations including the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Melvin Belli Society, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on the topic of medical negligence litigation on the state and national level.
